Lost pro­per­ty or unclai­med items of clot­hing can be coll­ec­ted from the Volks­gar­ten lost & found office during the spe­ci­fied ope­ning hours. Items of clot­hing han­ded in at the ward­ro­be but not coll­ec­ted will be issued on pre­sen­ta­ti­on of the ward­ro­be ticket. If you have lost the ticket, plea­se bring an offi­ci­al pho­to ID with you. Valu­ables that are not coll­ec­ted will be han­ded over to the Cen­tral Lost Pro­per­ty Ser­vice of the City of Vien­na after 14 days.
